Albums

Bach & Rachmaninoff

Two monumental works: one the epitome of joy, the other an evocation of hell. Greg's second album for solo piano, featuring Bach's French Suite in G major and Rachmaninoff's truly epic Sonata No. 1 in D minor.

On Wings of Song

Greg's first commercial CD. Includes Ravel's Gaspard de la nuit ("immerse yourself in the devil's world of hedonistic hallucination," as Greg recommends); Liszt's "Norma Thriller" (to quote David Dubal); and lyrical, soaring music by Mozart, Grieg, Mendelssohn, and Strauss.

Mother: A Musical Tribute

Queens and saints, homemakers and lawmakers, scientists and artists, goddesses and mortals—mothers are powerful muses. Inspired by their rich complexity, Anderson & Roe utilize their full creative potential as arrangers and interpreters in musical compositions that celebrate the full spectrum of motherhood, from the sacred (“Ave Maria”) to the saucy (“Mrs. Robinson”), and everything in between.

Rite of Spring

Anderson & Roe tread uncharted territory with their cinematic reimagining of one of history's most monumental compositions. The Rite of Spring: A Musical Odyssey fuses a ferocious dueling piano performance with an epic tale of soul-searching and survival, culminating in the sacrificial destruction of a 140-year-old organ.

The Art of Bach

Johann Sebastian Bach is universally considered the exemplar of the Baroque era, if not the ultimate composer for the ages. Through this synoptic intermix of sacred, secular, and scholarly works, Anderson & Roe present a complete portrait of Bach, the master and man, and showcase the extraordinary range of his compositional output.

An Amadeus Affair

Mozart’s fascination with romance and Anderson & Roe’s infatuation with Mozart come together in a sonic whirl of intrigue, scandal, exhilaration, and mischief. Featuring Mozart’s own Sonata for Two Pianos and scintillating arrangements by his not-so-secret admirers, this kaleidoscopic collection of works reveals Mozart’s mastery of the opera, concerto, and sonata genres.

When Words Fade

12 new arrangements of vocal music espousing the wonders of the night. Featuring works by composers from Vivaldi and Schubert to Michael Jackson and Coldplay, Anderson & Roe guide listeners on an intensely emotional journey, across boundaries of time, place, and genre.

Reimagine

Greg Anderson & Elizabeth Joy Roe showcase their unique approach to classical music and the piano duo genre in this adrenalized album, featuring breathtaking music, a hard-core performance of Stravinsky's 'Rite of Spring,' and a bonus DVD of music videos.

The 5 Browns: The Rite of Spring

Two of Greg's larger works for five pianos are featured together on this album: his arrangement of three movements from The Planets by Holst and his Danse Macabre: Bacchanal for Five Pianos.

Browns in Hollywood

The Five Browns are back, film style. The 5 Browns in Hollywood features several of Greg's compositions and arrangement for five pianos, celebrating some of cinema's greatest music; among them: Star WarsThe Wizard of OzAtonement, Mary Poppins, and more.

Browns in Blue

The third album by the 5 Browns to reach number one on the Billboard classical music charts, "Browns in Blue" is slow, emotive, and bluesy. Greg created four works for the album, including  an original composition for five pianos based on a Mormon hymn.
